Leilani L. LaBelle, D.D.S., M.S.

Maple Grove Periodontist Dr. Leilani LaBelle has been caring for periodontal patients in the Minneapolis area for over twenty years, continuing the care of one of the oldest and most recognized periodontal practice in the area, started by her father Dr. Ron LaBelle over 50 years ago.

Dr. LaBelle completed her BA degree at NW University before attending the University of Minnesota for her general degree. After working two years in a general dental practice, Dr. LaBelle returned to the University of Minnesota to pursue her master’s degree, an additional 3 year course of study in the specialty of Periodontics.  As part of her commitment to her patients to continually deliver excellence in both Periodontics and patient care, Dr. LaBelle frequently attends courses and meetings to further her knowledge, most recently completing an Advanced Implant Surgical Course, at the Misch Institute, as well as completing an Oral Conscious Sedation course through DOCS education.

Dr. LaBelle was raised in Golden Valley, Minnesota and now lives in Hopkins, Minnesota with her husband Peter Lavanger and three children, Anna, Julia, and Matthew, as well as two Labrador retrievers. Dr. LaBelle enjoys spending time with her family, biking, Nordic and Downhill skiing, golfing, reading, and generally enjoying all the good things Minnesota has to offer.

Dr. LaBelle is devoted to restoring your dental health using state of the art techniques in both non surgical and surgical Periodontics that will result in healthy long lasting smiles. She is dedicated to providing her patients with the highest quality of periodontal care while she and her team work to strengthen relationships with each patient.
